Low Energy Consumption Sand Rotary Dryer Specially Designed for Our Argentinian Customer
Recently, our company has reached a collaboration with a building materials enterprise in Argentina. The primary requirements of the client were to reduce the moisture content of the finished sand products and decrease energy consumption.
To meet these requirements, we equipped the sand rotary dryer production line with a three-meter-diameter rotary sand dryer, accompanied by a hot air circulation system. Inside the dryer, the wet sand is continuously tumbled and thoroughly exposed to the hot air, ensuring even drying. The final product achieves a stable moisture content of below 0.5%.
This sand rotary dryer production line operates with a high degree of automation and continuous efficiency, reducing energy consumption by approximately 20% compared to traditional equipment, thereby meeting the client’s demands for high efficiency and energy savings. Additionally, the quality of the finished sand has been significantly improved, making it suitable for a wide range of applications in industries such as concrete and glass.
