Sawdust Dryer system
The sawdust dryer consists of a feeding screening system, a heating system, a heat exchange system, a dust removal system, and a cooling system. Adopting new environmentally friendly biomass thermal equipment to ensure sufficient heat and effective heat transfer.
Sawdust Dryer Advantages
1. Adopting new biomass combustion equipment for heating, providing pure hot air that is more environmentally friendly;
2. Designed for sawdust, with a special internal structure design to reduce heat emissions and achieve a drying efficiency of 90-95%;
3. Using a hot air stove as a heat source effectively avoids the situation of a large amount of heat entering the drum and causing fire in case of emergencies, making operation safer;
4. Adjust the required drying time and final moisture index according to user requirements;
5. The drum discharge system adopts a fully sealed design, effectively preventing the situation of sawdust being sucked away by the wind due to air leakage, and also preventing dust from flying.
